Platform use

EstatePrime provides a marketplace for browsing verified property listings and connecting with advisors. You agree to use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information in enquiries, and not misuse listing data, scrape content, or impersonate others.

Listings and information

While we verify listings to the best of our ability, property details, pricing, and availability may change without notice. EstatePrime does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party content and recommends independent verification before any transaction.

Advisory services

Our advisors provide guidance on buying, selling, renting, and property management. Formal agreements for paid services will be documented separately. EstatePrime is not liable for decisions made solely on general information provided through the website or chat assistant.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EstatePrime shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Refund & Cancellation

Our policy on cancelling advisory bookings, site visits, and paid service packages.

Site visit bookings

Site visits may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may limit future booking priority.

Paid advisory packages

Refund eligibility for paid advisory or documentation packages depends on the service stage. If work has not commenced, a full refund may be issued within 7 business days. Partial refunds may apply once deliverables have been partially completed.

How to request a refund

Contact our support team at contact@estateprime.com with your booking reference or invoice number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

These policies may be updated periodically. Continued use of EstatePrime after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
